- An Asian-fusion-style restaurant in a two-dimensional setting that delivers restaurant-style service in a fast food setting and aims at capturing customer attention through various eye-grabbing sections within the restaurant that are hand drawn and made to appear two-dimensional, as if you are in a coloring book.
- During the 7 months I worked at Doodle Noodle Bar, I engaged in every role that the restaurant had including Front of House and Back of House.
- Was able to maintain a friendly face and ensure the restaurant's operations remained stable as the Host by sending orders to the kitchen.
- Over the summer, Doodle Noodle was the busiest and I was able to maintain a proper attitude and motivation in a fast-paced environment. This led me to gain experience in the fast-paced restaurant field and allowed me to work along with my colleagues to get our assigned tasks done.
- Was able to learn every position at Doodle Noodle and excelled in every single one of them and they consist of [FOH] Host, Food Expo, Runner, Busser, Drinks (Barista), Floater, and To-go expediter [BOH] Dishwasher and Prep. I learned all of these roles quickly and on-boarded fast to the team, quickly becoming a valuable and reliable employee of the company.
- Doodle Noodle Bar remains a popular restaurant locally and I have gained adequate experience to allow me to gain a foundation and build out of it for future jobs to come.
