  • Completed sampling of ground and surface water samples at various sites including colleges, businesses, residences, etc, as well as programmed, calibrated, and maintained computerized waste water sampling devices at various treatment systems along the treatment train to measure the efficacy of a 3 MGD Plant at its different stages, carefully following protocol to preserve samples as needed. Performed tests measuring total and ortho phosphorus levels, nitrate and nitrite levels, as well as biochemical oxygen demand and total coliform bacteria levels in waste water samples, as well as e-coli and total coliform form bacterial levels, nitrite and nitrate levels and tests measuring trace amounts of iron, chlorine, and solids such as sand in drinking water samples. Maintained satisfaction with a wide range of clients by offering a quick turn-around time on in-lab tests, keeping them up to date via phone and in person and maintaining a transparent understanding of the results involved with their specific needs. Oversaw waste water report writing as well as kept a collection of raw and QA/QC data sheets. Participated in internal blind studies as required by the state to ensure quality control and assurance of our results.

Prepared numerous ingredients required to prepare food for customers on the foodservice line using methods adhering to Subway’s guidelines, using machinery such as manual and automatic, electric slicers, ovens, toaster ovens, bread proofers, etc. Managed the store during both opening and closing hours as the stores PIC during the COVID-19 pandemic, aiding in scheduling, food orders, training of new employees, large catering orders, deliveries, both online and in person orders simultaneously, etc. Became familiar with the software used for Subway’s inventory and ordering systems, managing deliveries and adjusting price cost with our third party delivery service in collaboration with the owner and various other PIC, to ensure proper ordering, foodservice safety holding, and inventory management. Met with food safety inspection representative ensuring a smooth and clean up keeping of the store, communicating with the owner in order to maintain a positive foodservice rating.
