Services include data center management, compute and data storage solutions, service desk and end user computing services, local and wide-area network support, email and Lync services, telecommunications and mobility services, support of enterprise business systems, enterprise backup solutions and support of business continuity requirements. Responsible for meeting agreed-to business objectives, service and operational level agreements, and effectively managing costs and risks on various service delivery models, including outsourced solutions.
