I have seen many struggles and downfalls in airline history, but
Through it all, my main focus has always been on the passenger
And my ability to make their trip successful.
I worked in a area where I am unsupervised and work
alone and was responsible for responding to three different department
which included Customer Service, Ramp, and the Ground maintenance.
I also worked in the Operation department and my responsibilities was to communicate all information
regarding both inbound and outbound flight information
and worked to keep all the information updated in a timely manner.
