Began as an evening part time trayline assistant. Worked as partime, fulltime and prn over ten years depending on my out of town school schedule. Learned and worked in all areas of the department: tray assembly, food production, diet kitchen, grill, supply unloading, and stocking.

Worked part time as an evening trayline assistant preparing patient meals per dietary restrictions and preference. Concurrently worked as overnight grill cook and in the catering department.
