In September, 2017 Express Optics partnered with Rosin Eyecare. I was contracted to manage their Wheaton office. After successful completion of our contract, I continue to perform at a high level. I also have been utilized as a trainer for new hires.

Created and successfully opened an Independent Retail Optical Store. I helped design the building, purchased all furniture, fixtures, inventory and equipment necessary to run and maintain the business. It was considered a Super- Optical that included our own lab producing most eyeglasses in 1 hour.

The office was staffed with Optometrists, Opticians and Sales Associates.

In 2009, for various reasons, I made the decision to down size. The most significant reason was to save a significant amount in rent. It required a move of less than 1/2 mile and a name change to Express Optics.

Staffed and managed Optometrists, Store Managers, Opticians and Sales Associates to operate 3 Pearle Vision Center locations. Responsibilities included all aspects of operating a successful group of retail optical stores.

Responsible for operating 2 Pearle Vision Center Franchises, including staffing each location with Optometrists, Opticians and Sales Associates. Also responsible for inventory purchase and control, and actively participating in all aspects of the sale and dispensing of eyeglasses and contact lenses.

Recruited and indoctrinated Optometrists, Managers, Opticians and Sales Associates to effectively operate Pearle Vision Centers in the Northern Illinois/Wisconsin Area.

Analyzed P&Ls and made the necessary adjustments to improve the performance of each office.

Sold Pearle Vision Center locations made available to franchise, and supported the owners of those franchises after their purchase.
