Throughout the many years that I have been in this industry I have built relationships with customers and their families. Customers are always amazed by my ability to remember them, what they bought and details about them personally. As a result of this relationship building I have sold multiple units to the same families. I kept impeccable notes on customers and have become extremely efficient in note taking and multi-tasking. Between the two Fathead's RV dealerships we were number one in RV retail sales in the State of Wisconsin for over three years.

I began my professional career as a bus driver at Safe-Way Bus Transit in 1990. I obtained a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement. I have held a CDL for over thirty-three years. While employed at Safe-Way I trained to become a mechanic and worked on buses and other company vehicles. I worked at Safe-Way Bus Transit for approximately ten years. I left Safe-Way and went to work at Moodie Trucking in Plover where I was able to gain a Class A endorsement, air brake endorsement and have maintained a Federal Medical card since then. After five years, Tracy, the owner of Safe-Way Bus reached out to me and asked me to return to Safe-Way Bus Transit where I ran the Rudolph terminal for another five years.
