I am an experienced management and financial professional with over 25 years of experience with a proven track record of exceeding management goals and sales quotas. For the past 20 years I have been in the finance industry as a Senior Loan Officer. I am a Certified Mortgage Banker holding Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) licenses in Virginia and Maryland. As a certified Mortgage Banker and holder of multiple MLO licenses, I adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations. In my work history I have built and developed sales processes for multiple organizations focusing on client satisfaction and solutions to meet client needs. I have developed new products and services. Assisted in the creation of marketing programs focusing on the value our company's offering brought to the targeted markets. Although the past 20 years the financial industry and more specifically the mortgage industry is where I have leveraged all my previous knowledge of sales and marketing to successfully meet or exceeded sales quotas on a consistent basis regardless of the strength of the housing industry. My vast and rewarding life's work has always been in sales. My collective work skills combined with detail-oriented professionalism and strong multitasking and communication skills across every channel of the organization chart make transitioning to a Talent Acquisition Specialist a logical, smooth and ideal direction for myself.

• Love all sports, I played college football and coached for many years. I enjoy playing pickleball most recently but will play and do just about anything outside and around any bodies of water.
