My role as a Station Agent was to provide customer service to the customers who were using the subway system. My functions were

• kept store ledger on sales and returns

my main function as a sales associate, was to provide as much information and knowledge to customers on electric domestic products.

my job as a New York City police officer was to protect life and property in many ways.

• I provided safety industries by patrolling the neighborhoods.
• kept store owners safe by checking in with them.
• issued summonses during routine patrol, for infractions, such as drinking in public, urinating in public, loitering in public, etc. these infractions were summons offenses.
• issued summonses for traffic violations
• responded to various house noise complaints which is a summonsable offense and issued summonses
• used observational methods to observe criminal activity.
• observed breaking and entering unlawfully in private property
• help coordinate and assist in multiple arrests
• kept records of arrests and violators
• issued multiple summonses for various offenses including burglary, narcotics, shoplifting, parking violations,
• testified in grand jury case
• used police unmarked vehicles to observe
• used police radio daily for communication between me and the other officers
• worked with a team and provided support
