This is a small business and even though I am the owner I still work alongside of all my employees every day. Whatever it takes to get the job done to save time and money.

• Preventative maintenance at multiple commerical locations. which include multiple types of conveyors, (Drag chain and weight belt driven) , low pressure and stem boiler systems, After completing PM's, cleaning and oiling equipment.

I would identify any issues and replace devices as needed. i.e. Pumps, gear reducers, heat exchangers, sensors, worm gears, control boards etc.

• Build sclaffing, containments, temporary walls for safety. We follow procedures such as lock out tag out and barricading when needed.
• Complete kitchen and bathroom remodels.
• Decks, fences, gazebos, custom interior and exterior woodworking.
• Fabrication of current designs.
• Oversaw successful completion of multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Identified and resolved construction issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Supervised and worked alongside team of 2-7 construction workers to maintain productivity and quality of work.

Provided detailed documentation on audit findings, facilitating swift corrective action when necessary.

• Maintained high levels of craftsmanship by all employees and sub-contractors, while making sure all work was in line with City and state requirements.

• Maintained building systems (roof top -Chillers, HVAC, Boilers, Sprinkler system) had to add maintain water treatment as needed.

Worked alongside of and supervised up to as many as 1,542 homes and 60 employees when handling the whole region, and as little as 511 homes and 12 employees.

• Set up and maintained PM and service schedule for over 600 HVAC systems, including Johnson air systems, Lochinvar Knight boilers, Weil-McClain boilers.
• Identified and provided budgets for capital projects.

Replacedaced all needed components specific to each piece of equipment.

• Administered water treatment for closed looped boiler systems, (glycol- to keep pipes from freezing.
• These were older buildings, so we made schedules and replaced all fin tubing for radiant heating systems including changing over 3000 old gate valves to new good working ball valves as well as adding 1/4 turn bleeder valves to purge air out of piping and create adequate water floor at highest locations in each section
• Snow removal (plow truck) I Preformed interior and exterior repairs. (Roofing, siding, door replacement, repairing broken piping, replacing complete windows and panes only. trouble shooting house hold appliances. I identified potential issues before they became a problem, and fixed issues when they became a problem

• Carpentry is my passion of mine so even though I left this position I have been married to carpentry my whole life.
• Completed installations of building structures, trim, flooring, and cabinetry.
