Riley Griffith

I have worked in some form of people management in a variety of environments. If anything, it has given me insight into how people interact in different situations. I have learned how to properly respond to adversity in a variety of ways. I have also learned to respond to conflict, experiencing a variety of environments that foster it. Most of my relevant experience is from College, where I learned a variety of skills, including practicing mock intake forms and becoming immersed in various therapeutic methods. I know my experience in fields external to my education is underwhelming. But I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to gain experience in a facility based in a community where I plan to serve one day.
