I was in charge of overseeing the group/private swim lessons schedule as well as making any necessary adjustments to coordinate with the childs' parents and instructors availability. Pro rated the monthly billing for each member who signed up for lessons as well as adjusted each individuals membership that was either due for a promotional offer or in need of upgrading/downgrading their membership status. Examined the weekly call log and returned all voicemails regarding our swim program. During my supervising shifts, I managed the lifeguard sitting rotation schedule as well as assigned them cleaning tasks while off stand. Made sure all pool and spa chemical levels remained in a desired range.
