• Established coordinated schedules and managed logistics for our members (consisting of 5). Consisted of organizing meetings and agendas to optimize total team collaboration and productivity
• Aligning our project goals and expectations together verbally and visually, cultivating a space of exchangeable creative, imaginary ideas
• Encountered scenario based challenges, required critical thinking and adaptive planning to overcome

This position included submitting our drawings of Lake County to this volunteer program in order to be eligible to then provide a painting. After being accepted, I was asked to submit a large painting to the Redbud Library within a month. This project allowed me to learn valuable experience:

• Receptive to critiques and accommodating to ideas or suggestions
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Proved successful working within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.

While working with a partner, we were given about a month to work on our own animated film. Our animated film was then showcased for best art direction. During this time I learned valuable, applicable skills such as:

• Learned and adapted quickly to new technology and software applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
