This is my private practice located in Antioch, Illinois where I have maintained a rigorous and fluctuating schedule for more than ten years. I evaluated for the Illinois Bureau of Disability Determination. I also evaluated and treated a wide range of ages and disabilities/disorders, applied for and maintained credentialing with Medicaid and commercial insurances, billed insurances, maintained records, and collaborated with teachers and physicians, and other professionals as needed. I've worked with a company, Ablenet, to obtain Assistive Devices for nonverbal children/youth and children with severe to profound communication disorders.
