As a hostess, I greet customers and seat them in a timely manner. I took reservations and orders over the phone, and packaged food. As a server, I make sure customers have an optimal experience with their food and service. I answer all questions about the menu, bring food and drinks out, and make sure to report any conflicts to my manager. I am also responsible for bussing my own tables.
In this seasonal job, I learned how to efficiently clean rooms, creating an optimal space for residents to enjoy their stay in. I did laundry, fitted sheets, made beds, vacuumed, cleaned microwaves, took out the trash, etc. For stay-overs, I cleaned the residents rooms without disturbing or touching their personal belongings.
