• I run all the invoices for billing
• I work the front counter, answer the phones, take customer orders
• I call in fills for bulk tanks
• I receive all payments made to the store and post them to the individual accounts daily
• I run 170 credit cards on the first billing day of each month
• I do repositions and outside collections
• I have filed suites against nonpaying individuals and companies and gone to court as a representative of the company
• I do filing and data entry daily
• I preform inventory counts and I work with the customers on any billing questions or issues on their account
• These are some of the task I preform daily and weekly.
