• I have worked for Extra Space Storages for 2-1/2 years (Jan. 2024) as an Assistant Manager. During this job experience, I have introduce two faster & different processes in cleaning indoor & outdoor storage units of which I have witness many years of neglect. I have done mechanical site repairs to doors, light fixtures, hand tools, golf carts, and exit door signs along with my daily assignments. I have taken personal pride on my two assign stores (1762 & 3294) in observing their newly up keep & property transformations. I have taken ownership on many sites by calling upon vendors for repairs or quotes.
• I possess a strong mechanical competency in assembling & disassembling of any product. Along with investigating any faults of any product in detail. I enjoy inspecting for quality & I am not shame to mention faults or defects of any product that I have assembled or dis-assembled. • I hold competency of applied electronics, metering devices & mounting hardware. At Baker Hughes, Pathfinder, Halliburton & Weatherford, I hold applied skills in bench testing of electrical motors, switches, & the reading of electrical schematics. In addition to those trades, I have done structural steel skids designs for power units with its piping hardware & flow controls. One other trade example is, I do all my own electrical troubleshooting & new installations at my personal home.
• I hold competency of the following software’s: MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint & spreadsheet calculation skills. I have experience in some ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software such as SAP & Oracle. I have worked with budget projects of over $800,000 & successfully implement new product developments.
• I embrace strong cost saving. In one case, I have recovered $1.8M in lost inventory & saved the company $36k in rental fees yearly. In a second case, I condense manufacturing processes, to only the essential requirements & saving the company $186k yearly. Plus provide the equal quality product at a much fast time rate.
