I ran the Sales and Financing for Marietta Outdoor Power. I took care of building quotes and Sales Invoices and selling to the customers and if the financed I would run their credit with the banks and fax over documents and took care of the customer needs during and after the purchase. I was responsible to keeping up with the price changes and Tariff increases.. I ran reports in the Sales department and attended weekly managers meetings going over the reports...

Sales- I was a Harley -Davidson certified Master Salesman. I did monthly online training to obtain and keep up my certification. I did walk around presentations featuring features , function and benefits on the different points of the motorcycles. I would lead and provide test rides , and close sales to the customers. I went over the delivery of the motorcycles showing the customers every function and details of the motorcycles and answer any questions before having them sign off on delivery. I worked as a team helping the team reach monthly and yearly goals as well as personal goals that I set for myself...I also kept the bikes detailed and batteri charged up when they were on the show room. BI was also one of three people authorized to operate the fork truck to unload the new motorcycles and Trikes that came in on the Tractor trailer deliveries.

Maintained roads,and cemeteries within Salem Township Ohio. This consisted of grading roads with a road grader, pulling in roads with a tractor and three way blade , pothole maintenance, keeping ditching and culverts clear and opened up,spread stone on the gravel roads , performed snow removal in winter, and rebuild dust control strips in front of residences, ran highway mower to mow back road edges grooming roadways. Carried out jobs ordered by three township trustee's, while overseeing jobs that were performed by hired help and contractors, keeping an efficient and safe work zone .

Drove & Operated Commercial Vac/pumper trucks.

I pumped out and cleaned and performed inspections on commercial and residential grade septic tanks and waste treatment plants to the county health departments standards of operation.

I kept up with the general and preventative maintenance on the trucks and equipment in the shop and land application fields

Was responsible for collecting payments for services and kept a good clean image while representing the company.

Drove and operated commercial fuel delivery trucks year round to home heat customers , gas stations, oil and gas companies building well pads and off road sites. And farmers . I was responsible for keeping records, taking payments, loading and offloading various fuel types.

I owned/operated and maintained my own Kenworth Tri-Axle Dump truck.

I contracted through Joe McClelland / OK Coal Co. Out of Zanesville OH. To haul asphalt and aggregate to Shelly and Sands and to and from the sister co Marzane , and hauled Ground up asphalt from the BOCA milling crews.

In the off seasons I would haul and spread driveway stone and stock pile to townships..

Done this all while maintaining e truck and keeping records for the business.

I dispatched and overseen rental and property maintenance workers. Kept records of jobs performed, employees hours, product and materials purchased, conducted hands on plumbing, electrical, and structural upgrades and repairs. Rapidly resolved emergency situations as they arrived. Carried out rental viewing applications,and interviews.and convictions as needed. I kept and maintained rentals to HUD compliance with the county to pass inspections.

I was a shop foreman of a four man crew. We built from reading blueprints, laid out in chalk on the shop floor made templates and welded and fabricated with zero tolerances, Truss bridges , cambered and swept I beam span bridges , and intricate walking bridges that were bought from the Government, state , and counties as well as private applications.I was responsible for incoming shipment and put going shipments and safely loading and unloading flatbed trailers with overhead cranes , and fork trucks . While employed, I maintained and kept up with my welding state certification in all positions stick and might..

Welded and fabrication of commercial grade Highway mowers. While with the co. I built several style mower heads the rotary, and flail and the sickle bar heads . Also built the boom arms , and all other parts that we fabricated in house . Built to custom fit hydrologic tanks for each application.

I plumbed up the hydrologic lines and controls and test ran the completed products also.set up our products at trade shows ,picked up and dropped off loaner tractors we used to pattern off of for customers across the country who couldn't get us the tractor to work with..
