- I work in a Group Living Environment, also known as a "GLE".
- I assist clients with everyday needs while also encouraging them to be self reliant and as independent as they are capable.
- The primary population I assist are adults who have been diagnosed with mental health disorders such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, Schizoid Affective Disorder and many more.
- It is my responsibility to drive clients to appointments, to their jobs.

- Deescalation is a skill that I use often in my current professional setting. Talking to clients and getting them to a calmer and more rational disposition is something I have years of experience in.
