• Monitor data center environment. Responsible for completing Mainframe and AS/400 job
  schedules. Assure that production deadlines and SLAs are met.
• Monitor system alerts for job, network and hardware failures. Document with incident tickets,
  evaluate and resolve problems/issues. Initiate incident management process alerts and manage call bridge line.
• Provide Service Desk support. Help maintain 24 hours assistance for internal users and external customers.
• Create, maintain and update documentation. Provide direction and guidance to operation staff.
