My Nurse Extern responsibilities where as follows: I followed a Registered Nurse they would teach me how to chart and message doctors if needed, head to to assessments, reported any changes in patient condition. I would help the RN with procedures when needed.

My CNA responsibilities where as follows: patient care, bathes, vital signs, showers, charting, report changes in condition, feeding, ambulation.

My Monitor Tech responsibilities where as follows: read tele strips and watch the monitor for any changes in rhythm to the RN.
