At Della Mazda the product line is very unique. They have their new Mazda products & their used cars. They also specialize in a special finance program for customers looking to re-esatblish their credit. The product offered are good quality product in good shape that comes with a warranty. As a sales associate I was responsible for making sure that the customers needs from the time of purcchase to the delivery of their vehicle are met. When the customer comes in for there delivery I go over all the options that are on the vehicle & explain to them how it operates on their new/used vehicle. I go thru all the paper work with the customer to answer any questions they might have.

Started as a sales associate and in 2006 was promoted to used car manager. In 2009 I was offered and took the Floor Managers position. I worked directly under the Sales Manager. My responsibilities were working with salesmen in desking deals (all phases), closing deals, appraisal of used cars, running cars at auction, updating used car prices on weekly basis & adjusting to market conditions, buying cars on the open market to adjust our inventories, making sure our certified cars were perfect & working with our detail department to better the reconditioning of our used cars.
I also worked in the finance field as an independent manager and mortgage processor for Adelphi Financial Group located in Tonawanda NY. My duties were to interview prospects, run and determine their eligibilty based upon income and FICO credit history from Experian, Transunion & Equifax. I would then process the necessary paper work based upon which bank we would be using & making sure we were compliant with all state & federal requirements. When the package was complete I would send it to the home office for peocessing and final approval. Once approved I would set up a closing date and procure any other documents that the bank required. I did this from 2001 till 2007 as a second income.

My responsibilities were to scout out locations for expansion. we opened up manufacturing facilities in Mechanicville NY & Glens Falls NY which became the main facility for the corporate offices.
