While at Union Tank Car working with the Paint and Blast Team, I managed to take a team of 6 people with no training or background in blasting, painting or decaling and turned them into the BEST and most EFFICIENT Car Finishmen in the Marmon/UTLX network through training and hands on experience going from completing 0 tank cars a day start to finish upwards to 5 tank cars a day start to finish.
