While at Union Tank Car working with the Paint and Blast Team, I managed to take a team of 6 people with no training or background in blasting, painting or decaling and turned them into the BEST and most EFFICIENT Car Finishmen in the Marmon/UTLX network through training and hands on experience going from completing 0 tank cars a day start to finish upwards to 5 tank cars a day start to finish.

With Oreilly Auto, part of my success in driving up store sales from less than a million dollars a year to over three million dollars a year was due to my knowledge of matching, mixing and giving tips on application of paint.

While serving in the United States Marine Corps, I filled multiple roles and billets at once Taking site counts in the Armory, being the Communications Chief, Supervising the maintenance of vehicles in the Motor Pool, managing the logistics of Supply and taking charge as Platoon Sargeant with success of Headquarters Platoon, Echo Battery 2nd Battalion 11th Marine Regiment. This earned me a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal.
