I came back to work as a Route Service Representative in May of 2019, making deliveries to multiple customers each day, while also upselling products that the customers did not currently receive from us. In Feb 2020 I became the Route Service Manager, overseeing the route drivers. This role also included making sure the team is meeting or exceeding company standards, proactive and reactive meetings with customers, upselling products within current customers, keeping current customers by providing excellent service and renewing Business-to-business contracts. I also worked closely with the sales team to help ensure the growth of the Spokane location.

I started at UniFirst as a Route Service Representative where I serviced multiple locations each day. We serviced uniforms, mats, towels, and other facility service products. I promoted to be the 1st Route Supervisor that Spokane had ever had. After that I took a role as an Outside Sales Representative to help obtain new customers and grow the Spokane location. From there I promoted to be the Route Service Manager, working out of Richland, WA location and overseeing the Tri Cities and Spokane routes. Eventually we grew enough in Spokane to create a Service Manager position specifically for this area. I was a crucial member that helped Spokane grow from 1 route to the 4 routes that they have now. We did this by creating a successful team of service members and sales team to work together to keep the current customers, while bringing on new customers.

I would visit multiple customers to stock their shelves, coolers, and any other displays we had our products in. This role also required organizing the backroom stock, rotating products to ensure they would not expire, and look for damaged products to be returned to Pepsi. I trained most of the new merchandisers that came to work for the company and for the last 2 years, I was the relief sales person that would fill in for any sales rep that was off.
