Started a super premium all natural beef company which grew cattle to 1250 pounds in 12 months. Cattle had 3 times the normal level of Omega 3 fatty acids and had saturated fat levels 50% lower than conventional beef.

Built a branded product which we sold to high end restaurants and steak houses throughout the midwest.

Company closed when every restaurant customer was forced to close due to Covid.

Built from scratch the world's first specific pathogen free shrimp genetics company which supplied broodstock to the global shrimp producers market. Reduced the growing time to market size from 300 days to 150 days. Enabled the cost of shrimp to fall from $15/lb to $4.50/lb

Sold the business to the world' s largest shrimp producer.

Co-Founded with my father a chicken genetics company to sell broodstock around the world. Built the business with 18 overseas partners including China and 5 domestic operations including Blairsville and Gainesville, Ga.

Sold the business to the largest chicken producer in the USA.

Founded a subsidiary to Avian Farms Inc to apply biotechnology to chicken genetics. ACT became a world leader in using embryonic stem cells to use as cell therapy for human diseases such as diabetes and macular degeneration. Cygra cloned the first cattle, goats and horses.

Cyagra was sold to an Argentine oil company and ACT was purchased by big pharma.
