Provides administrative support to the Operations Manager regarding PHP and IOP program issues.
Utilizes written and electronic/computer systems to facilitate client care and administrative responsibilities.
Works as backup to financial counselor and works with financial counselor and Operations Manager to enable clients to maintain accountability in financial arrangements.
Supervises patient meals and snacks.
Accurately performs and records routine and admission vital signs and weights/heights. Assists with collection of specimens.
Documents patient data in accordance with unit protocol.
Assists patients with activities of daily living.
Keeps unit and patient rooms neat and orderly by storing patient belongings in appropriate places and cleaning and putting away patient equipment and care supplies. Encourages patients to take responsibility for these activities.
