I currently support PMS339 as it relates to coordinating ISEA (In-Service Engineering Agents) as SME's (Subject Matter Experts) on Navy HM&E (Hull Mechanical and Electrical) systems as it pertains to MPT (Manpower, Personnel & Training) products. The products are FEA's (Front End Analyses), NTSP's (Navy Training Systems Plans), JDTA's (Job Duty Task Analyses), PQS (Personnel Qualifications Systems) workshops, TRR (Training Readiness Reviews) on Navy courses. TITA (Training Installation Training Agreement) formerly called TSIP (Training System Installation Plans). Following the guidelines as set forth in OPNAVINSTR 1500.76 series. I manage TPS (Task Planning Sheets) in NEPS for tasking and funding requirements for the following: PMS339, PMS377, PMS421, PMS451, PMS443, PMS421, PMS321. I manage over $5M annually in support of NPT products. During my tenure at NSWCPS (formerly NAVSSES I managed the installation of labs, classrooms and development of curriculum for LSD 41/49 CL, LPD-17 CL, Diesel and Gas Turbine training courses in Norfolk, San Diego, Great Lakes, Mayport, and Newport RI.
