Service Writer for Charlotte OC Shop/Maintenance.

Managed gate security, high value freight, hazmat freight and trailer inventory for Charlotte yard.

Day to Day operations of the Company store.

Worked with Outside Carriers and Brokers for shipment updates.

Entered shipment information. Arrival and Departure times in the Schneider systems.

Maintained a strong business relationship with the Charlotte based Brokers and the other brokerage offices that I was supporting.
