• Installation & Maintenance:

Install and configure fiber optic cables, connectors, and related hardware for communication networks.

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of fiber optic systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Testing & Troubleshooting:

Conduct tests (e.g., OTDR, power meter, and light source testing) to identify faults or signal degradation in fiber optic cables. o Diagnose and resolve issues related to fiber optic connections, including splicing and connectorization.

• System Upgrades & Optimization:

Support upgrades and expansions of fiber-optic networks to meet evolving data transmission needs.

Optimize network performance by ensuring proper alignment and signal integrity across fiber optic infrastructure.

• Policy Development & Implementation:Lead the creation and execution of national environmental and climate change policies.
  Ensure alignment with international agreements and national regulations on climate action, sustainability, and biodiversity.
  
• Regulatory Oversight & Compliance:Oversee the enforcement of environmental laws, standards, and climate action plans.
  Monitor and evaluate compliance with environmental regulations across various sectors, ensuring sustainability and environmental protection.
  
• Leadership & Advocacy:Represent the country in international forums on environmental and climate issues.
  Advocate for climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies, fostering collaboration among government agencies, businesses, and civil society.
  

• Safety Supervision:
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Implement emergency response protocols and safety training.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Health Management:
• Monitor and promote employee well-being and workplace ergonomics.
• Manage health risk assessments and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with health-related laws and standards.
• Quality & Environmental Oversight:
• Develop and enforce quality assurance and environmental protection policies.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and waste management practices.
• Lead audits for ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).
