I am currently a junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison pursuing Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies within the School of Human Ecology. Building on experience throughout the past careers, I have developed many diverse skills. These include effectively adapting to fast-paced work environments, demonstrating strong attention to detail, enhancing community engagement and satisfaction, being able to relate to people of various backgrounds, creating productive relationships with colleagues, and understanding the importance of being a reliable team player.
As a Teller Apprentice, I was responsible for efficiently processing monetary transactions while focusing on security protocol to avoid fraudulent activities, I quickly familiarized myself with updated technological platforms as the industry constantly changed, collaborated closely with senior management within the credit union to challenge myself to new objectives such as loan auditing to continuously broaden my expertise. Overall, throughout these experiences, I sharpened my communicational skills and effectively developed myself along the way.
At Lark at Randall, the leasing agent position I maintained consisted of strategic planning of residential events and giveaways, capturing photographs of the apartment community for engagement throughout social media, producing scripts for video content, conducting extensive tours while addressing inquiries about the property, and working with residents regarding leases and overall apartment-related concerns.
