  • Work with yard drivers, automotive, and other 3rd party contractors to ensure all P-tagged / red tagged equipment is repaired and functional for use
  • Send daily reports on equipment needs, schedules vs actual, shorts from meet points, rental units, etc
  • Control costs by working with Coyote by staging and arranging pickup / termination of specific lease rental equipment
  • Oversee 300 peaks rental units delivered to Texas Motor Speedway during peak season

Feeder Yard Control / Dispatch Supervisor

  • Worked with CPU’s to ensure they have the correct equipment, number of trailers, and scheduled pickups in order to ensure all deliver on shipments are made time each day
  • Dispatch drivers as well as modify legs, loads, schedules, etc., to optimize production cost and manpower.
