I help run the front end of the store, which is considered the center of the operation. I am responsible for the training of all the new point of sales associates. I was also responsible for motivating the associate to achieve their credit goals. I was the one that was responsible for scheduling all of the breaks for all of the associates that were scheduled for the work day, which would help and keep a calm and stress-free environment.

• Analyzed sales data from various reports to determine areas where improvements could be made.
• Developed and maintained a positive working environment for all staff members.
• Assisted in recruiting new employees, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates. I was also in charge of the daily operation of the men, kids, home, and shoe departments, as well as the daily operations of opening and closing the store.
