I started off here at Toyota Santa Monica I worked as a portor for around 2 months. I ended up getting switched to Lexus of Santa Monica I learned to greet customers and communicate with any type of race and behavior I try to make the best out of any situation even when disrespected learn to be very clam with people and simply just ignore n keep my clam and be professional about the situation after this job I got into LACARGUY as a express tech

Hii my name is Ronald Alarcon I feel I would be a good fit into this dealership/position for the reason being I like to keep my self distracted and like to learn the most I can giving the time I have to work I tend to stay over at Honda Santa Monica to keep learning new things after being clocked out helping out techs I know how to do a full set of tire using the hunter machine also I know how to balance the tires with sensor/no sensor I know how to do brakes pads ,front struts,rotors,stabilizer links, also brakes flushed coolant flushes transmission flushes also taking out the cars before promise times always tend to keep the service advisor happy and the customer happy
