• Assembly:
  Building sub-assemblies and complete assemblies using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and automated equipment.
• Mechanical & Electrical Work:
  Assembling and wiring electrical controls, components, and panels.
• Reading & Interpretation:
  Reading and interpreting detail, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions to ensure products meet specifications.
• Material Handling:
  Preparing, moving, and stocking parts, materials, and finished products, which may include using forklifts or hand trucks.
• Maintenance & Cleaning:
  Cleaning and maintaining equipment, tools, and the assigned work area.
• Quality Control:
  Visually inspecting parts, and ensuring assemblies meet required tolerances and quality standards.
• Documentation:
  Reporting any malfunctions, and potentially assisting with compliance or safety reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  Ability to use various hand and power tools, torque wrenches, and potentially automated equipment.
• Reading Skills:
  Capability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Attention to Detail:
  High focus on quality and the ability to work with precise measurements to ensure components meet tolerances.
• Safety Awareness:
  Adherence to safety procedures, guidelines, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Teamwork:
  Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Foreman Responsibilities:

Supervises crew for safe and efficient project execution, overseeing electrical assembly, repair, while ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and delivery targets. Key responsibilities include guiding and mentoring assembly workers, implementing quality control procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining equipment, managing documentation, and fostering a positive, safe work environment aligned with the company's core values
