As a service manager, I would take new leak calls and create a service ticket. I would then put this service ticket on our leak schedule and send a crew for repairs when scheduled. All warranty and non warranty repairs and images would be entered into the billing system. I was also responsible for getting new roofs warrantied through the supplier. As the service manager, I also was responsible to be in charge of all aspects of smaller roof jobs under 10k. This includes ordering of materials,stocking the job, and making sure roofers installed materials to specification.

As a tree service laborer, I was responsible for getting a truck and trailer to the job site. We would set up a safety perimeter and start processing the tree. Any branch under 12 inches would be put the the tree chipper. All logs would be loaded into the trailer.
