- I post want ads, do the screening and hiring of drivers. Collect the necessary documents and distribute those to the dealers. I also create the charges and update every year. I try to be fair to both the dealer and the driver.
- I am then the go-between the drivers and the dealers. If the dealer or a driver has a problem, them I am contacted to try and solve that problem.
- When a dealer is requesting a driver or drivers, then I am either called or text with the request.
- I then look at my list of drivers to see who is available and make the assignment.
- I have been doing this as a driver for over 10 years. I became the dispatcher over 6 years ago.
- Jan. 2011 to May 2013, retired and traveling.
