Plans, directs, manages, coordinates and monitors Hemodialysis/Hemapheresis Services activities. Ensures department operates within budget and in accordance with performance standards. Responsible for supervising nursing students in the clinical environment. Also responsible for evaluating the clinical performance of the student and grading all clinical assignments.
