- Process Document Delivery through ILLiad by monitoring and maintaining updated records of incoming requests, providing articles to our faculty, students and staff.
- Maintain custom holdings in OCLC/ILLiad, keeping our reciprocal and partner groups current.
- Contributing to the planning and development of policies and procedures for Interlibrary Loans.
- Collaborate with the Miner Medical Library and assisting with periodic maintenance functions with Sibley Library.

- Staff Q&I service points to provide patrons with assistance accessing library resources and services, communicating with faculty, collaborating with librarians. Assisting patrons via library chat services throughout the day as well as other forms of communication such as phone and email.
