  • We are focused on expanding our knowledge on the characterization of inflammatory immune maternal microchimeric cells in preeclampsia-exposed offspring, such as TH17, using flow cytometry analysis
  • We aim to determine whether TH17 mMCs and IL-17 signaling during preeclampsia-affected pregnancy are required for long-term alterations in offspring TH dysfunction.
  • We also aim to determine whether TH17 mMCs that persist postnatally contribute to sustained IL-17 production and offspring TH immune and behavioral dysregulation.
