• Accomplished numerous road and trail running races, including everything from 5ks to Ultra-Marathons.
• Competed in an advanced level, off-road Olympic-size triathlon and placed 3rd in my division.
• Attained several swim medals, one of which included a 3-mile swim from one island to another
