1990-Promoted to the east coast regional sales manager responsible for 7 person sales team and 26 million in total sales/ grew it to 33 million
1993- promoted to National Sales Manager
Responsible for 15 member sales team, and grew the business from 58 million to 70 million in total sales.
Taught the sales team how to do dept store planning and create bottoms up plans
Also did budgeting and worked closely with marketing and some product development
