Summary

I'm very intrigued by what Darlings cocktail program has been doing. I love gin and having a fantastic gin bar pop up in town is truly wonderful. Darlings makes my favorite drinks in Louisville, and you all really seem to dig into your imagination with the drinks you compose and seem to be passionate about them. That is the type of place I want to be and I want to be a part of its growth as more folks are drawn to the greatness of gin!

  • Serving food and beverages in a high energy environment with an average of 150 covers a night, and upwards of 300 on our busiest nights.
  • Helped develop cocktails for our menu multiple times as well as suggest beers for us to carry to keep our selection interesting and inviting
  • Have knowledge of classic cocktails and help guests with more specific tastes acquire what they desire, ideally with a little added nuance to take that drink further
  • We've built a strong community within the restaurant and all work together making sure guests are not overlooked nor are co-workers too deep in the weeds, helping by taking on or delegating tasks more efficiently. This also applies to running food and drinks, as well as greeting guests at the door and seating them
