• Discuss behavior issues with them, and summit any coaching's for repetitive violation actions
• Worked a lot hand by hand with the supervisor to make sure they knew the progress of all associates

(Trainer Facilitator) Peak 2023

• Facilitate training classes of 20-40 associates on the basics of their assigned department.
• Guide associates through the safety lab, were we discuss how to properly lift heavy weight, work with cutting tools, work safe around conveyor belts and how to unload and load trailers.

(Trainer Specialist) 2024-Current

• Welcomed new hires to the building
• Get their badges set up
• Guide them through their orientation class, where we discussed safety, hazardous material, how the building works and other important information
• I worked hand in hand with my peers to get everyone assigned to their correct departments and set them up for success to begin their training on the floor

• Welcoming clients and serving them, taking phone orders, and handling payments
