As a server at Roadhouse Cinemas, I learned the importance of building a relationship with guests while simultaneously ensuring their experience was above and beyond the standard with accurate order taking, swift food running, and regular check backs to ensure their experience was the best it could be. As a dine in movie theater, with guest counts of up to one hundred per theater, I became used to and exceptional at providing quality service in a fast paced manner to ensure the guests need were taken care of as soon as possible. I became proficient at food running, bussing, and dropping checks in a manner that was not distracting to the guest or dampened their experience. I learned to become an excellent team player, and tried my best to look out for my coworkers as much as myself. All of these experiences allowed me to become the server I am today and do my part to ensure guests receive the quality I would want out of a dine in experience.
