Sort through donated goods and transfer to tables to go to the sales floor and operate cash register as needed.

• Take inbound calls from credit card holders regarding updates on their fraud claims
• Clearly relay any information required to customer in regards to claim decision
• Collect any information needed to complete the claims process and forward to investigation team for review in order to make final decision.

• Use first phone system to fulfill customer orders placed online for in-store pick up and stage orders scheduled for delivery to be picked up by flatbed. Assist customers on sales floor as needed to locate product and answer any questions they may have.

• Operate cash register and stock items as needed after receiving truck. Open store and balance drawers to start the business day also process customer returns
• Do bank runs to deposit store funds and get necessary change to run store on day to day basis

• Take inbound calls from claimants who have questions or issues regarding unemployment benefits. Make necessary adjustments on case by case basis

• Take inbound calls from providers around the country to enroll them in the medicaid program.
• Process applications and answer any questions they may have about enrollment process
• Explain insurance plan details to put their mind at ease as it can be overwhelming for some individuals

• Seasonal position handling merchandise in the store after hours.

• Wash and assemble headlights also sand and buff them

• Assist guests in locating merchandise and doing price checks.
• Reshop unbought items and tidy shelves.
• Make sure store is neat and presentable for next business day.

• Take inbound calls from customers with issues or questions about their guthy renker products.
• Assess customer account and ask probing questions to resolve issue promptly.
