Successfully manage fifteen (15) FPS contracts as the Vice President of Operations. Twelve contract managers report directly to me with all vital daily operational issues. Make decisions on hiring, training, staffing, corrective actions, fleet management, client interaction, uniform orders, logistical issues, budgetary requirements, quality control reporting, scheduling overviews, overtime control, employee retention, bidding on new and existing contracts.

Accomplishments
Have led the MaxSent transition teams in successfully starting 15 FPS contracts over the past 15 years. Started with a small FPS sub-contract in Memphis, TN with 50 PSO's and have grown over the years to now 1,500 PSO's nationwide. Each transition from previous contractor to our company met with outstanding reviews (CPAR's) from our client, FPS. I have led by example and have added these contracts to our portfolio based on client satisfaction and employee commitment. Customer-service based management with rapid response is my key to success.
