As a shift supervisor, the responsibilites are to make sure the shift runs smoothly and efficiently. There is an emphasis on multi-tasking between tasks that make sure customers have an accurate respresentation of what products are in stock. Handles team needs with forward-thinking strategies along side awareness of both customers and baristas to ensure that all orders are accurate and handed out within a timely manner.. Superior work ethic combined with resourceful and upbeat nature helps keep the work moral high during stressful peaks in shifts. The priority for each shift is to focus on providing the best customer service for existing and new customers, crafting the best drinks that customers look forward to drink and make sure the moment was made right for them.
