Responsible for generating new leads and establishing relationships with current customers. Work with Salesforce on calls and text messages. Generate new leads and to convert to sales from web orders, referrals, call ins and walk ins. Interact with customers on the Showroom floor to demonstrate product features and program. Assist with heavy lifting in and outside of store. Manage accounts including billing questions, payments, service issues and solve problems with past due accounts .
