- My experience at vocational school similarly mimicked that of a traditional job experience. There were countless instances of fluid communication needing to be produced to accomplish the daily tasks, and in multiple instances, it cooperation was needed to either serve customers planning to dine within an exclusive area or various skills were needed to auction off cuisine foods to an audience after the process of cooking was done. Honestly I must say this program has provided me with valuable insights that have helped shape my understanding of customer service. Additionally, through my personal experiences as a customer, I have developed a strong sense of empathy and the ability to identify and address customer concerns effectively. These experiences have given me a solid foundation for delivering excellent service and supporting customers in a thoughtful and proactive manner.
