Manage day-to-day operations for the Food and Beverage department at a highly-regarded premier golf club. Managerial duties include overseeing events, lunch/dinner services, a staff of over 30 employees and all beverage inventory. Sakonnet Golf Club is nationally known as the home club of the great Donald Ross. The clubhouse/restaurant operate seasonally(June-October).

I managed lunch and dinner services as well as all beverage operations and golf outlets & outings at a very notable private club. The club has nearly 800 members and would host weddings and other events such as Nike & USTA tennis tournaments, NEPGA golf tournaments, USGA qualifiers, private dinners for high ranking U.S officials such as senators, governors, ambassadors and the U.S VP.

Duties consisted of assisting clinicalstaff with our EHR platform, clinical staff new-hire training & onboarding, employee terminations, equipment purchasing and vendor relations.

My role as a ranch hand consisted of routine upkeep of a 2,000+ acre ranch. The average day-to-day varied from clearing trails, to managing wildlife/domesticated animals, to tractor work.
